As a Trust, we’re always on the hunt for skilled staff who want to work flexibly. Our in-house bank provides cover for fluctuating workloads, staffing shortfalls or when there is need for extra support. Regular work is not guaranteed, but applicants can give as much or as little availability as they wish. Bank workers are asked to work 45 hours in a rolling 6‑month period to maintain an active bank post.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Experience within a medical or nurse‑led service is desirable.
* For the Nurse Bank, a minimum of six months paid working experience as a Care Assistant or HCA in a care home or hospital setting is desirable. A minimum of six months voluntary or unpaid care experience will also be considered.
* Evidence of the required experience must be provided within the application and interview.
* Experience must have been completed in the last three years, and for bank/agency/relief work, evidence of regular work during the period referenced is required.
