For our digital & media division, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our growing team of experts at our London office.

The Senior SEO Executive will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, supporting the development and execution of their SEO strategy, as well as assisting the Head of SEO on occasion with pitch meetings, and team-wide projects.
What you'll do:
1. Develop excellent relationships with clients by understanding their businesses, challenges, and spotting future opportunities.
2. Support the planning and implementation of innovative SEO campaigns to meet KPIs and contractual requirements.
3. Produce detailed technical and editorial SEO audits.
4. Perform SEO-focused analysis on industry, competitors, keywords, and search trends to inform strategies.
5. Analyze business requirements and data to propose optimal SEO solutions.
6. Optimize texts, tags, and metadata to match user queries and improve rankings.
7. Monitor site health and identify technical issues.
8. Assist outreach efforts, backlink analysis, and strategic profile building for clients.
9. Implement local SEO strategies, manage GMB accounts, analyze performance, and produce content.
10. Introduce continuous innovation to SEO services by onboarding new methodologies and tools.
11. Support and attend client meetings, QBRs, and annual reviews.
12. Collaborate with Media, Social Media, and Web Development teams to integrate SEO with overall content marketing strategies.
What you'll need:
3+ years of SEO experience covering:
* Technical SEO management for e-commerce and/or multi-country websites.
* Proficiency with search tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
* Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
* Knowledge of local SEO strategies.
* Development of content and link-building strategies.
* Reporting on SEO performance with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
* Client management skills.
* Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms, keeping up with latest trends.
* Passion for Digital Marketing and data analysis.
* Strong presentation skills for engaging clients and teams.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude, self-confidence, and openness to challenges.
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web programming is a plus.
* Multilingual ability (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Dutch, Scandinavian languages) is highly desirable for global accounts.
