Position: GPhC-Registered Pharmacist
Location:Milton Keynes
Salary: £40,000£50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am6pm or 8am5pm (1-hour break)
Work Arrangement: On-site only (no remote working)

Role Overview:
My client is seeking a dedicated and proactive GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for both newly qualified pharmacists and those with experience looking to further their career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with prescriptions.Provide expert advice on the use of medicines and medical appliances.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient and oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with GPhC standards.Analyze data to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.Develop and implement process improvements for enhanced and motivate the pharmacy team to achieve performance customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in data analysis and basic Excel functions.Experience with various delivery providers.Knowledge of process mapping and efficiency optimization.Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Experience in managing challenging customer interactions effectively.
Desirable Attributes:
Familiarity with the digital healthcare landscape.
