Job Title: Membership Sales & Support
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Location: Shirley, Solihull
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week
Description: Our client is looking for a motivated Membership Sales and Support professional to join their team. This individual will play a key role in driving membership growth by actively responding to new enquiries and converting them into members. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent service and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Prepare your own action plan focused on meeting the sales targets.
* Establish prospective contact lists using existing data.
* Generate leads from calls and contacts made with potential new members.
* Action leads to new prospects via CRM and matching to the client's membership offers.
* Participate in seminars, trade shows and trade counter events focused on generating leads.
* Assist members with the completion of membership forms.
* Maintain the CRM with sales activity and customer information.
* Prepare status reports.
* Call members to raise awareness of products and benefits and collate feedback.
* Respond to emails and answer incoming calls.
* Provide administration support as required.
Key Skills / Experience
* Self-motivated, confident with the ability to persuade and influence others.
* Ability to create and edit written materials and reports.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
* Experience of using CRM systems.
