Teaching Assistant – Secondary Schools (Spalding)
Location: Spalding
Salary: £93 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / September
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time | Long-term / Day-to-day
GSL Education is looking for dedicated and motivated Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools in Spalding. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to make a positive difference in their education.
You will support students across a range of subjects and year groups, helping them to stay engaged and achieve their learning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support to students individually and in small groups
* Assist teachers with preparing and delivering lessons
* Help maintain a calm and focused learning environment
* Support students with additional needs when required
* Encourage positive behaviour and student participation
* Follow school safeguarding procedures at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience working with young people or in education settings
* A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
