This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career designer looking to gain valuable, hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. As a Junior Designer in our in-house Creative Studio, you’ll work across five exciting, design-led brands, supporting on a wide variety of creative projects — from packaging and digital content to social campaigns, print materials and beyond.
You’ll have the chance to build your portfolio, develop your technical skills, and learn from an experienced and supportive team.
This is a 6-month fixed term contract with the potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Creative Development: Assist with creating and adapting designs for packaging, digital, social media, print, and point-of-sale materials.
* Artworking & Layout: Take ownership of artworking tasks, ensuring files are accurate, pixel-perfect and print-ready, while also contributing to conceptual design work.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with fellow designers and the wider marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and day-to-day brand needs.
* Maintain Brand Consistency: Help evolve and apply brand guidelines across a wide range of assets.
* Learn & Grow: Receive regular feedback and mentorship, gaining experience across multiple brands and creative disciplines.
Stay Organised: Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
* Creative Passion: You’re enthusiastic about bold, inspiring design and enjoy working across different brand styles — from playful and colourful to premium and artisanal.
* Technical Skills: Confident in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of After Effects, InDesign, and Dimensions would be a bonus.
* Experience: Ideally some internship to 6 months/1 year of design experience, whether through internships, freelance work, or personal projects. FMCG, Brand & retail, portfolio work would be a plus.
* Friendly & Positive: A sociable, proactive team player with strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for getting stuck in and learning on the job.
* Detail-Focused: Comfortable with artworking, layout, and preparing files for print and digital use — with a sharp eye for typography and consistency.
* Organised & Resilient: Able to manage your time, prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
