Account Executive

Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: Up to £35,000 (Depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Office-based

The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Account Executive with a flair for creativity to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key contact between the clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless journey from initial enquiry to the final delivery of the products. If you are passionate about enhancing customer experiences and enjoy bringing creative ideas to life, this role is perfect for you.

Account Executive - Key Responsibilities:

7. Client Engagement: Understand customer needs, offer tailored product advice, and create solutions that align with their brand.
8. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
9. Account Development: Identify opportunities to revive dormant accounts and grow existing ones, working with the Marketing Manager on promotional strategies.
10. Quotations & Prototyping: Work with estimators and designers to prepare accurate quotes and prototypes that meet client needs.


Account Executive - What We’re Looking For:

11. Industry Knowledge: Experience in print or packaging is a plus, but a strong creative drive and quick learning ability are essential.
12. Customer Focus: Proven ability to build rapport and trust in a sales or customer service role.
13. Organisation: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
14. Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Google Sheets/Docs and CRM systems.
15. Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box to meet client needs.
16. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
17. Team Player: Collaborative, positive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
