Responsibilities
* To provide administration support through co-ordinating and prioritising of responsibilities and workload
* Support preparing documentation and correspondence for new starters
* Preparing training files for new starters
* Ordering any IT for new starters
* Processing and archiving all documentation for leavers
* Managing uniform / PPE requests and PPE logs
* Support with monitoring staff training, ensuring it is compliant and in date, prompting when refresher training is required
* Managing oversight of Reception and Archiving
* Organising the monthly printing and distribution for display on company notice boards
* Assisting with level 1 audits on site (following relevant training)
* Support managers with monthly/annual training, including room bookings
* Supporting HR meetings on site, including note taking and preparing letters/communications
* Support the Mitie team with any other reasonable requests
* Reconciliation and control of documents
* Monitor Merlin Data
What we are looking for
* Excellent communications and customer service skills
* Clear confident oral communications with an excellent telephone manner
* IT proficient (Word and Excel)
* Demonstrable knowledge of Health and Safety
* Team Worker with a flexible approach
* Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and multi-service team service personnel to achieve results
* Proven track record in communicating with and influencing a diverse customer base to achieve positive results
