We're looking for a highly organised Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator to support the delivery of an upcoming technology rollout. You'll play a key role in ensuring training is well planned, accurately scheduled, and smoothly administered, helping our people receive the right training at the right time.
You'll coordinate training activity that has a lasting impact, enabling colleagues to engage with new technology and work effectively in a changing environment.
What you'll be doing
* Scheduling and coordinating virtual and in‑person training sessions
* Booking trainers, rooms, and resources, and maintaining the central training calendar
* Sending invitations, reminders, and joining instructions, and tracking attendance
* Uploading and maintaining training resources and records
* Supporting reporting on training uptake and flagging any issues early
What we need from you
* Previous administrative experience, ideally in a professional services environment
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* A confident communicator, comfortable working with colleagues at all levels
* Comfortable using calendars, spreadsheets, and learning platforms
* Proactive and reliable, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
