**Head of Communications Role Summary**
This is a pivotal leadership position that oversees the development and implementation of a comprehensive communications strategy, encompassing media relations, digital, corporate social media, and internal communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the corporate website and social media presence, as well as producing engaging content.
The role requires a strategic communications leader with experience in leading high-performing teams, managing multiple tasks and projects, and driving innovation within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that informs and engages employees across all functions.
* Provide expert guidance and training to senior leaders on media, internal, and digital communications.
* Set the direction for the evolution of the corporate website and digital/social media strategy.
* Establish strong relationships with relevant investor teams and leverage available tools and resources.
Requirements:
* A formal qualification in communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Demonstrated success in a strategic/internal communications and digital role within a dynamic environment.
* Experience in Large-Scale Change and Transformation Communications, including crisis preparedness and management.
* Strong Leadership Skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
