Customer Service Executive
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers, solving problems, and being a key point of contact within a fast-paced B2B environment.
The Customer Service Executive will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to our customers, managing ticketed enquiries and supporting the wider sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email and outbound calls.
• Provide product information, availability updates, and order status to customers.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Liaise with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update Microsoft CRM systems as required.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
Skills and Experience
• 3-5 Years+ previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence using CRM systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
• Experience within the catering, hospitality, or equipment sectors is desirable but not essential.
