We're currently supporting an Insurance client with a transformation project. As part of the change, they are looking at moving from a clunky intranet-based knowledge base to a tool such as Document 360 or Fresh Service.
The project requires someone to act as a product owner and technical content writer to convert current articles and build new ones that leverage all the capabilities of the tool, creating an effective resource for about 3000 users. Since it's an insurance client, insurance savvy with strong communication and engagement skills are essential for managing the consolidation into one master document for sign-off.
The role could be a fixed-term contract (FTC), day rate, or on a call-off basis, e.g., based on an agreed bank of days over several months.
