As a Junior Account Manager, your responsibilities will include: Here's What You'll Be Doing: Developing and delivering PR plans aligned with client goals and KPIs Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key media contacts Identifying and capitalising on news jacking opportunities Providing support in new business endeavours Contributing to the strategic direction of client accounts Delegating, briefing, and monitoring the progress of direct reports Conducting interviews and appraisals Representing the agency professionally Here Are the Skills You'll Need: A minimum of one year of agency PR experience Demonstrated excellence in writing skills and thought leadership Strong media relations and familiarity with key media contacts Understanding of new business processes Proficient client management skills Intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude Flexibility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves Familiarity with evaluation, measurement, and reporting systems Excellent organizational skills Work Permissions: You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
