Role Overview:
A highly regarded and expanding law firm with a strong reputation in Personal Injury and Credit Hire litigation is seeking an experienced Fee Earner / Litigator to join its established team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a specialist firm that represents major credit hire companies and handles a broad range of RTA, personal injury, and credit hire recovery claims. The role offers hybrid working and excellent scope for progression.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience handling RTA and Credit Hire litigation matters
2. Proven ability to manage a caseload of 150–200 pre- and post-litigated files
3. Strong understanding of the MOJ Portal, Fast Track, and Intermediate Track processes
4. Working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
5. Experience in personal injury and credit hire recovery
6. Excellent organisational, communication, and client care skills
7. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve billing/litigation targets
8. Proclaim system experience preferred
