We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to supporting our utility application processes and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, be confident using digital platforms, and excel in managing deadlines and instructions. A key part of the role involves making utility applications via online portals and PDF forms, maintaining accurate data records, and supporting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Complete utility applications through a range of online portals and editable PDF forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
* Accurately enter and maintain data across various systems to support ongoing projects and operational needs.
* Track deadlines and follow task instructions precisely to meet project timelines.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
* Use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and other online platforms confidently.
* Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and organising digital and physical files.
* Assist with internal coordination activities and contribute to the success of wider project delivery.
Experience and Skills
* Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence using online portals and digital tools.
* Ability to enter data accurately and maintain high levels of attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A proactive attitude, with the ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
* Experience completing structured forms or applications (ideally in a utilities or construction context) is desirable but not essential.
