Examinations & Data Administrator – Secondary Academy – West Yorkshire A large and high-performing 11–18 secondary academy in West Yorkshire is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Examinations & Data Administrator to join its established administration team. This is a pivotal role within a school recognised for strong academic outcomes, clear systems and a calm, purposeful learning environment. The school serves a diverse community and is known for its structured routines, strong leadership and excellent examination performance at GCSE and A-Level. With a growing Sixth Form and increasing exam entries, the exams and data function plays a critical role in the school’s success. The Role You will support the smooth delivery of all internal and external examinations, working closely with the Exams Officer and senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the administration of GCSE and A-Level exam entries Liaising with examination boards to ensure compliance with JCQ regulations Preparing seating plans, candidate registers and exam documentation Coordinating invigilator timetables and supporting recruitment where required Processing results data and assisting with analysis reports Managing post-results services including enquiries about results The role also includes supporting wider school data processes, maintaining accuracy across student records and assisting with reporting cycles. About You Previous experience in school administration, exams or data roles Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines Strong IT proficiency, including MIS systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom) Calm under pressure and highly reliable Clear and professional communication skills Experience of JCQ regulations would be highly desirable.
