Role Overview
* Manage and take ownership of supplier accounts from start to finish
* Process high-volume invoices and payments accurately and on time
* Reconcile supplier statements and prepare accounts for weekly BACS payments
* Investigate and resolve queries from suppliers and other business departments about accounts payable or payments made
* Maintain the accounts payable inbox and ensure all documentation is filed correctly

Salary– £25,007 per annum
Annual leave– 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Public holidays plus an extra birthday day off.

About You
* First and foremost, you have proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
* You are proficient in Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite, and confident using spreadsheets and reporting tools to manage data effectively
* You have exceptional attention to detail and are used to managing a fast-paced workload, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines without compromising on accuracy
* You bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, allowing you to resolve issues efficiently
* Youre a collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your responsibilities
