Responsibilities
* Support SEND students and engage with a broad curriculum.
* Inspire students to realise their full potential; build strong relationships based on trust and clear expectations.
* Be able to lead staff and students and contribute to school life in a busy, vibrant environment.
* Communicate effectively with parents, carers and colleagues as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience or interest in working with SEND students; passion for working with young people.
* Ability to engage with a broad curriculum and nurture talents and interests.
* Commitment to the school values (ARC) and safeguarding policies.
* DBS and safeguarding checks as per Keeping Children Safe in Education guidelines; references required for shortlisted candidates.
