Learning and Development Consultant, 12 month FTC - Leading Professional Body - London with hybrid - c£52,000
This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Consultant to join one of the UK's leading membership bodies.
Reporting into the Learning & OD Manager you will be responsible for designing and delivering their learning and development initiatives across the organisation. Your key accountabilities will include:-
* Undertaking robust learning needs analysis
* Designing and delivering learning interventions and programmes in a blended model
* Working effectively with third party suppliers
* Evaluating their learning offering to ensure return on investment
* Overseeing the Learning Management System
You should be an experienced Learning and Development Consultant with a track record of designing, delivering and evaluating learning activities using a blended approach. Ideally this will have included management development programmes. An excellent understanding of Learning and Development best practice needs to be combined with a commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
