£This is a hands-on, varied position combining day-to-day financial management with office coordination. You’ll be a key player in maintaining the smooth running of internal operations – managing financial processes, supporting the wider team, and ensuring the office runs like clockwork.
Maintain accurate financial records (sales/purchase ledgers, expenses, royalty payments)
Manage multi-currency reconciliations (Bank, PayPal, Stripe)
Liaise with payroll providers and external accountants
Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, and audit prep
Oversee office supplies, equipment and service contracts
Previous experience in a similar finance/office support role
Proficiency with cloud-based accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)
Confident with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.)
AAT-qualified or similar is preferred
