As a Healthcare Assistant in Outpatients at our hospital, you’ll bring relevant experience, a keen eye for detail, and a flexible approach. You demonstrate patience, focus, and excellent communication skills. A real team player, you have the diligence, IT literacy, and passion for development and training to make a difference. You will be qualified with an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
1. Be flexible, motivated, an excellent communicator, and team worker
2. Join a close-knit team headed by our matron in our consultant-led department
3. Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient’s needs
4. Work directly with some of the best clinical talent around
5. Gain valuable experience of new practices, equipment, and facilities
6. Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care
