This is a growth hire to support a busy, high-demand area, working across both qualified and non-qualified roles - from entry-level transactional positions up to Finance Director appointments. You'll inherit a warm desk with strong business support clients and plenty of opportunity to develop new relationships. What We're Looking For Experienced Recruiter: Minimum experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment - trainees will not be considered. Proven ability to generate sales, hit targets, and build lasting client relationships. Credibility to operate in the senior finance market. Driver essential due to patch coverage.
