About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Computer Science Teacher to join an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ mixed, non-faith secondary school in Worcester. The successful candidate will teach Computer Science across KS4 and KS5, delivering an engaging curriculum that develops students’ computational thinking, programming, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and high-quality Computer Science lessons across KS4 and KS5
• Motivate and inspire students to develop computational thinking, coding, and analytical skills
• Track and assess student progress, providing clear feedback and targeted support
• Contribute to the development of an innovative and challenging Computer Science curriculum
• Support enrichment activities, including coding clubs, university links, and study visits/competitions
• Maintain high expectations of student achievement and behaviour

About You
• A degree in Computer Science or a related subject
• QTS (PGCE or equivalent) with the ability to teach KS4–KS5
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Computer Science
• Commitment to high-quality teaching and student achievement
