* Organised, able to juggle multiple tasks, and strong with admin
* Target-driven, with experience working to performance goals
* Commercially aware and naturally curious about businesses and people
* A confident communicator, both on the phone and in person
* Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, or CRM systems
* A car driver with a full UK driving license
