Do you have considerable experience of IT sales and Senior Account Management? Do you have an exceptionally good understanding of IT infrastructure and software within an educational environment ?
We are seeking successful, confident and customer focused Key Account Managers who have the drive and ambition to build fantastic client relationships and grow revenue with our highly valued clients in the educational sector.
The successful Senior Account Manager will be working with our regional team to drive the accelerated growth of our client base, increasing sales and revenue from our Midlands hub locations in Coventry and Solihull.therefore looking for a driven individual who is keen to make a difference to hundreds of schools across the UK.
Role fundamentals - What you'll do:
* Provide excellent Senior Account Management for schools and MATS, including effective relationship building with stakeholders at all levels (SLT, SBM, School Governors, IT Managers & Technicians).
* Use analytical and responsive negotiation strategies to win new business, maintain and improve recurring revenue and provide the best possible IT servicing for our clients
* Have client needs and IT service tailoring as the key driver for sales agreements.
* Work with Technical Leads to help improve the provision of IT in our client schools.
* Develop and expert knowledge of Computeam’s current IT solutions, products and services.
* Produce quotations and proposals for existing clients and new business opportunities.
* Win referrals and positive social media responses through excellent service and promote Computeam’s ethos in all communications.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Have a proven record of accomplishment, showing robust capacity for exceeding sales and effectively using KPI targets.
* Have around 4 years’ of success in IT Sales and Account Management, ideally in the education verticle.
* Be confident in presenting and pitching to key clients at all levels (SLT, Governor, IT Technician, Finance Officer, School Business Manager).
* Have considerable experience of managing Key Account Clients, using both long and short-term sales objectives.
* Be able to manage sales relationships professionally and effectively with the needs of the customer at the forefront.
* Have excellent knowledge of CRM (ConnectWise) platforms to maximise sales opportunities.
* Have a service orientated approach to your work, valuing Key Account clients and their priorities.
