Responsibilities
* Manage a team of social workers within the Court & Locality Service.
* Oversee statutory processes for Child in Need, Child Protection, and Cared for Children plans.
* Ensure effective supervision, review and compliance with statutory requirements.
* Support team in court proceedings and other statutory frameworks.
Qualifications
* Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
* Relevant statutory front‑line social work experience.
* Experience managing frontline social work matters in court proceedings.
* Driving licence – must have a full valid driving licence and be designated as an essential car user.
* Successful completion of DBS check and medical clearance (PPHA).
