The Role:
Remote position with UK travel (50-60%). You'll lead and deliver NHS Digital-compliant coding audits and CDI initiatives, providing expert analysis, reporting and education to coders, CDI teams and clinicians.
A highly consultative role, partnering with NHS Trust leadership while supporting wider consultancy projects and business development activity.
Experience Required:
* Clinical coding background (ACC essential)
* Proven experience delivering high-quality coding audits
* Strong knowledge of ICD-10, OPCS-4, HRG & National Standards
* Extensive CDI/audit experience with strong stakeholder & presentation skills
Package:
* £55-75K basic (DOE) + £600 car allowance or company car
