Alexander Steele Recruitment have, exclusively, partnered with a well-known food manufacturer, in the West Midlands, who are currently looking to recruit a new Site Manufacturing Manager. The company has earned a loyal customer base and a strong customer presence in both food service and retail. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for food, excellent organisational skills, and a proven track record managing in a successful food manufacturing business.

Responsibilities
* Leadership and Team Management: Inspire, lead, and develop a team of 100 production, packing and hygiene staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Operations Management: Oversee daily operations including production schedules, inventory management and quality control.
* Customer Focus: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Background Experience
* Proven experience as a Factory / Manufacturing / Production Manager or similar role in a food production environment
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
