About the Role:
As Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of the sales process, handling order processing, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Your role is vital in making sure orders are fulfilled efficiently and customers remain satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and manage sales orders and documentation
Maintain customer databases and sales records
Liaise with clients to confirm orders and respond to routine queries
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery
Support the sales team with reports and administrative duties
Assist with stock monitoring and order fulfillment
Resolve minor customer issues or escalate when needed
Who We're Looking For:
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and problem-solving approach to work
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred but not essential
