I'm currently working with a well established and growing manufacturing business based in Bridgend that's investing heavily in both its operations and its people. Off the back of continued growth, they're now looking to bring in a Finance Business Partner, someone who can really connect the dots between finance and the wider business.

It's about being right at the heart of decision making, supporting teams across production, supply chain, and commercial with data-driven insight and real commercial input. What You'll Be Doing:
* Own and deliver monthly reporting across key manufacturing functions
* Use Power BI to bring data to life - building dashboards that inform and influence
* Drive cost and margin analysis to identify opportunities across operations
* Support with planning, forecasting, and budgeting - working closely with operational leaders
* Deliver variance analysis and challenge business performance where needed
* Partner with key stakeholders to shape decisions and drive improvements
* Own KPI reporting, trend analysis, and performance review packs
* Help embed better reporting tools, processes, and system improvements
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified or finalist (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
* Experience in a manufacturing or operations led environment
* Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge and support non-finance stakeholders
* Power BI capability is key
* Advanced Excel and good ERP knowledge
* Someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making finance meaningful across the business
