About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven
Automotive OEM Sales and Operations Manager
to lead dealer network expansion, drive regional sales growth, and act as a key link between our OEM business and dealership partners. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who understands the dynamics of OEM standards, thrives in field-based environments, and has hands-on experience supporting or managing automotive dealership networks.
You'll play a pivotal role in strengthening our partner ecosystem and executing strategic sales plans, with a direct impact on market share, profitability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Dealer Network Development
: Identify, recruit, and onboard new franchise dealers across the region to increase coverage and market penetration.
* Sales Execution
: Own territory performance and execute regional sales strategies that hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
* Relationship Management
: Build long-term partnerships with dealer GMs, service managers, and sales leads to drive joint business growth.
* Training & Enablement
: Deliver training on OEM standards, product knowledge, and sales processes to dealership teams.
* Market Insights
: Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and local market dynamics to inform commercial decisions.
* Performance Monitoring
: Track KPIs, pipeline forecasts, and dealer performance data; report insights to HQ and contribute to strategic planning.
What We're Looking For
* Industry Experience
: 5+ years in OEM field sales, dealership operations, or B2B automotive sales.
* Dealer-Facing Expertise
: Direct experience working with or managing franchise dealer partners (sales, service, parts, or operations).
* OEM Process Knowledge
: Solid understanding of OEM programs, incentive structures, compliance frameworks, and sales operations.
* Sales & CRM Skills
: Strong in B2B sales execution, pipeline management, and proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
* Communication
: Able to influence stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
* Flexibility
: Willingness to travel up to 70% within your assigned territory (mostly UK-based).
* Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management or related field preferred. Equivalent experience also considered.

* Experience working with EV brands or emerging automotive technologies
* Multilingual (e.g., German, Spanish) for regional dealer coverage
* Certification in automotive sales or OEM training programs
