*Sleep in enhancement - £61 per sleep

Were currently seeking male support workers in the Weymouth area to provide dedicated, one-to-one support to a young man in his own home. This is more than just a care role it's about supporting someone to live life to the fullest, doing the things they love.

He is an energetic and sociable young man who thrives on staying active and being outdoors. He has a real passion for:
Football whether its playing, watching, or chatting about the game
Gardening especially getting hands-on with plants and outdoor projects
Sailing & Water Activities enjoying the freedom and excitement of the sea
Walking from coastal strolls to countryside adventures
He benefits from a consistent and calm approach, particularly from those with experience supporting people with learning disabilities and those who may occasionally display anxious behaviour.

Shifts Include:
Morning and afternoon shifts
Sleep-ins (with additional payment)
Weekend work on a rota basis
