We’re looking for a CRM copywriter to join our CRM team in London. You’ll be someone who puts our customers at the heart of everything they do — who is passionate about choosing the right combination of words to say, at the right time, through the right channel. Wise has over 16 million customers — and you’ll speak to a large audience through our emails, push notifications, and in-product messages.
Money can be complicated — especially the world of global transfers — and our customers trust us with theirs. With your jargon-free words, you’ll make the complicated sound simple, giving them the confidence to make the best decisions.
Your words will need to educate and empower, with an injection of Wise personality.
What you'll be doing?
You’ll write the copy for CRM campaigns that inform and inspire customers throughout their journey with Wise. Your responsibilities will include:
* Write clear and concise copy that provides customers with all necessary information when transacting with Wise
* Compose messages that guide customers smoothly through their Wise journey
* Formulate words for time-sensitive service communications
* Craft marketing copy to educate customers about product features
* Brainstorm ideas and angles for all of the above
* Support CRM in delivering relevant, personalized, and timely communications across Wise channels and touchpoints
Qualifications
We’re looking for a creative, talented CRM writer who can explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. Do you fit the following? Apply regardless of whether you meet all 'ideal' qualifications, which include:
* Experience writing copy for CRM channels in a medium-to-large-sized business, preferably in a regulated industry
* A pragmatic approach to writing with good understanding of design and UX
* Experience of writing CRM copy that encourages customer action
* Clear writing samples demonstrating your ability to simplify complex product terminology (e.g., Google docs)
* Versatility — comfortable writing lengthy email journeys, short CTAs, or crisis emails on short notice, with a portfolio to prove it
* Experience collaborating with designers, product marketers, and managers
* Resilience to handle multiple requests from various teams
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to build partnerships across teams
* Ability to articulate the 'why' behind your decisions, confidently giving and receiving feedback
Additional Information
Salary - 40k to 48k
