Role
Are you an experienced Welder Fabricator looking for a new opportunity with a company that values craftsmanship, precision, and teamwork?
We’re looking for skilled welders to join a leading engineering team in the Diss area working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm delivering high-quality metal fabrication projects.
Responsibilities
* Fabricate and weld metal structures to precise specifications and tolerances.
* Check and verify all parts against drawings prior to fabrication, reporting any discrepancies.
* Maintain a high standard of health & safety, cleanliness, and organisation in the workshop.
* Work as part of a supportive team to assist with installations and on-site projects.
* Be willing to work away from home occasionally.
* Always represent the company in a professional and courteous manner on customer sites.
What We’re Looking For
* MIG and/ or Tig experience.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
