Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub) is looking to recruit a dedicated and committed B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our supportive team.
We are a highly regarded, well-led multidisciplinary service providing excellent care, treatment, and support to adults with significant mental health needs within the Borough of Warrington.
As a B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will provide NICE-guideline interventions, work as part of an MDT, and deliver care, treatment, and support to service users with complex mental health needs. You will collaborate closely with carers, families, and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
Our office is based at Wakefield House, with office hours currently Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
You will undertake clinic duties as required and contribute to our duty rota. The role involves liaising with other services and working closely with families, carers, and partner agencies.
The team values caring and commitment. You will receive ongoing clinical and managerial supervision and opportunities for CPD.
