We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support the sales strategy and oversee the lifecycle of customer projectsfrom initial enquiry through to pricing, procurement, and delivery. This role is instrumental in building strong client relationships, supporting the sales process, and collaborating with multiple internal departments to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all customer activities from initial enquiry to quote, securing orders, and project delivery
2. Provide technical guidance and product advice to customers across the designated region and function
3. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting growth and retention
4. Meet sales targets while identifying opportunities for value engineering and margin optimisation
5. Coordinate showroom visits and encourage client engagement through physical demonstrations
6. Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions, gathering insights and opportunities
