We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated person to join our busy Housing Income Team to deliver effective income management services.
Your duties will include negotiating affordable and sustainable rent payment plans, taking timely and appropriate action, and ensuring all rent arrears - both for current and former tenants - are accurately recorded and effectively managed.
You should have approximately 2 years’ experience of working in a social housing or other relevant environment offering support and advice to customers.
