OPERATIONAL HEAD OF SERVICE POLICE CUSTODY Agenda for Change 8a 1WTE Secondment/Fixed Term to 31.7.26 Leeds Community Healthcare is seeking a motivated, values-driven Operational Head of Service to lead Police Custody Healthcare within our Specialist Business Unit. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of healthcare services across police custody settings, working at the interface of health, criminal justice and partner agencies.
Responsibilities
* Lead operational delivery across multi-site custody services
* Ensure safe staffing, quality, performance and financial control
* Deliver contractual and KPI requirements
* Provide visible, compassionate leadership to multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain and build strong relationships with police and commissioners
