We're hiring for an experienced and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support programme delivery across multiple complex projects. Prior experience in the public sector is highly desirable. Candidates should be available to start within 1-3 weeks and able to work on-site in Leeds City Centre two days per week.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
* Produce clear, high-quality reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
* Maintain RAID logs, documentation, and governance timelines
* Support performance tracking, KPI analysis, and continuous improvement
* Coordinate governance activities and ensure reporting integrity
* Facilitate effective communication between delivery teams and senior stakeholders
Requirements:
* Proven PMO experience in large, complex organisations
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2)
* Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage priorities and deliver under pressure
