• Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Term-time only)
• Pay: £27,456 - £43,014
• Start Date: January 2026

SEN Teacher Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual students and small groups
• Prepare teaching resources, maintain registers, and produce progress reports
• Support learners' development by encouraging independence and building confidence
• Manage behaviour effectively and provide constructive feedback on work
• Communicate regularly with parents and carers to support learner progress
• Bring enthusiasm for outdoor education and adventure activities (desirable)
SEN Teacher Requirements:
• Brings a committed and passionate approach to working with students with SEND
• Has a minimum of two years' experience in a SEND environment or specialist provision
• Holds experience in either Primary or Secondary education
• QTS/QTLS Qualification is desirable
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential, due to rural location)
