Customer Service Executive

Family and friends will describe you as 'chatty, bubbly and friendly', this role will suit individuals that love being on the phone, full training will be given but previous experience in an ecommerce Customer Service role would be advantageous, especially if your experience includes Amazon/Ebay.
Duties will include:
* Answering customer messages on multiple marketplaces and websites i.e. Amazon and Ebay.
* Working with suppliers to resolve delivery and order issues.
* Providing aftercare support and assistance for customers.
* Phoning customers to request that they post a review on Trustpilot, Amazon etc.
Working in a small friendly team, 5 days per week:
* Will include 1 in 2 Saturdays (day off in week)
* Monday is a mandatory working day
It is essential that you have a good work ethic and will be a reliable team member.
