Role: Director of Owner Success & Growth – Hoseasons


Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer, Awaze


Location: Flexible (you can be based in any of our offices locations including London, Manchester or Lowestoft with regular UK travel required)



Role Purpose:


Hoseasons is one of the UK’s most trusted and established travel brands, built on decades of strong and enduring relationships with holiday park, lodge, and boating owners.


We are now entering a pivotal new chapter.


To remain market-leading, we want to transform how we do business with owners, blending trusted personal partnerships with cutting-edge digital, data, and AI-enabled solutions. This role will be at the heart of that change.


As Director of Owner Success & Growth, you will be responsible for ensuring our owners thrive with Hoseasons. You’ll safeguard retention of our most valuable owners, drive sustainable growth by recruiting new partners, and reimagine the end-to-end owner experience, both digital and non-digital.


This is both a strategic and transformational leadership role. You will champion innovation, lean on technology and AI to modernise how we serve owners, and take the team on the change journey with you. You’ll combine commercial sharpness with inspirational leadership, ensuring Hoseasons continues to deliver unmatched value for owners, guests, and the wider business.



Key Responsibilities:


Owner Success & Retention


* Act as the senior face of Hoseasons for holiday park, lodge, and boating owners.
* Build long-term, trusted relationships, ensuring owners feel valued, supported, and confident in Hoseasons as their partner of choice.
* Lead commercial performance conversations to maximise owner success — advising on pricing, unit mix (pets, hot tubs, capacity), and customer trends.
* Proactively identify at-risk owners and put in place retention strategies.
* Own and improve owner satisfaction (NPS), ensuring continuous service improvement.


Growth & Recruitment


* Lead the recruitment of high-quality new owners and locations across the UK, ensuring sustainable growth aligned with Awaze’s strategy.
* Position Hoseasons as the first-choice partner for developers, manufacturers, and operators.
* Drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts and identify new product categories and customer segments.
* Use insights and learnings from Awaze’s pan-European footprint to spot innovation and growth opportunities.


Transformation & Technology


* Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools to transform the owner journey.
* Leverage data-driven solutions and LLMs to personalise communications, improve decision-making, and modernise owner interactions.
* Reimagine the Hoseasons owner experience, blending digital convenience with personal, human touchpoints.
* Embed experimentation and continuous improvement, ensuring Hoseasons stays ahead of competitors and owner expectations.


Team Leadership


* Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing team of Account Directors Commercial and Business Development Directors.


Commercial & Strategic Leadership


* Own the Hoseasons P&L targets for retention and recruitment.
* Partner with Growth, Pricing, and Data teams to optimise commercial performance.
* Help shape Hoseasons’ Target Operating Model through pricing tests, data-led insights, and digital transformation.
* Represent Hoseasons externally — at conferences, industry events, and with owners — as a compelling storyteller and brand ambassador.
* Ensure the voice of the owner is represented in all key Awaze commercial and strategic decisions.



Skills & Experience:


* Proven transformation leader with experience driving business change at scale within the travel or hospitality industry.
* Strong track record in owner/partner management, retention, and commercial growth.
* Expertise in Strategy & Leadership, Customer Experience Optimisation, and Operations.
* Experience in AI/LLM productisation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
* Demonstrated ability in storytelling — crafting and delivering compelling narratives that inspire owners, teams, and stakeholders.
* Skilled in coaching leaders and scaling agile, cross-functional teams.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with P&L ownership experience.
* Resilient, adaptable, and energised by change.
