Company Overview: We are working with a dynamic and innovative medical device company specializing in Surgical Sutures and Staplers, Wound Closure, Endo Mechanical Wound Closure, Hemostats, and Biosurgery products. Responsibilities: Support Team Development: Provide leadership and support for the learning and development of the sales team. Implement coaching and mentoring programs to enhance the skills of the sales representatives. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads. Track and report all sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Sales Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy through market analysis. Drive business growth by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational policies. Team Management: Manage a team of senior executives, supporting their development plans and engaging in open and honest conversations. Review and discuss action plans for achieving the sales budget each month. Marketing and Promotion: Create and implement plans for conducting promotional activities. Develop CRM strategy and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies. Market Analysis and Relationship Building: Map the potential of the territory, relate it to market trends, and monitor competitors' activities. Profile and assess potential, prepare target lists, and enlist new doctors as per business requirements. Collaboration and Government Sales: Collaborate with government sales teams to ensure product availability and demand generation at different institutions. Build consistent, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders/Business leaders through scientific engagements and effective coverage. Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments for timely resolutions. Qualifications: Only candidates with relevant product experience in surgical sutures, wound closure products, internal staplers, hernia mesh, and biosurgery are eligible to apply. Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in Life Sciences or Biotechnology. Minimum of 5 years of relevant medical device sales experience. Relevant therapeutic experience in areas such as Wound Closure, Hernia solutions, Endo-mechanical Wound closure, and Biosurgery is highly preferred. Excellent decision-making and strong financial management skills. Change management skills and the ability to drive positive transformation. Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in the regional language. Intermediate level of English proficiency. Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stay(s) according to business needs.
