The HR Business Support Team based in Wolverhampton are looking to recruit a HR Advisor.
In this post, you will:
* Act as the first point of contact for queries on all aspects of transactional HR, including; terms and conditions of service, pre-employment requirements, HR portal use and the Single Central Record
* Produce Statements of Written Particulars and administer all aspects of contractual changes
* Liaise and act as the primary contact with third parties e.g. the customers chosen payroll provider
* Contribute to ad-hoc projects to support the team and work off-site to undertake specific school based projects as and when required
* Provide general HR Administration support (phone support, distribution of incoming work, update and maintain in house information systems)
You will need excellent communication and administration skills with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team. You will also need excellent attention to detail and be able to work flexibly and accurately in a busy office environment.
Previous experience of working within a similar HR Administration role is essential.
This role is Full-time and office based.
