About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and support the successful delivery of our breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. In this role, you'll embody our company ethos - creating awesome guest experiences through friendly, fun, and memorable service, while consistently demonstrating our Core Company Values: Loyalty, Ownership, Consistency, Awesome, and Learning. You'll play a key role in motivating and supporting a high‑performing front‑of‑house team to achieve great results.

What You'll Be Doing

· Lead the day-to-day running of all F&B services, ensuring consistent and exceptional guest experiences.

· Maintain service and brand standards as detailed in our F&B SOP.

· Provide daily shift briefs, allocate tasks, and ensure the team is fully prepared for each service.

· Review and monitor rotas, ensuring staffing levels match business needs.

· Support, guide, and coach team members, overseeing their performance, conduct, and presentation.

· Ensure all operational areas are clean, organised, and guest-ready.

· Oversee compliance with licensing laws, fire safety, food hygiene, health & safety, and other statutory regulations.

· Support accurate billing, cash handling, stock monitoring, and booking management.

About You

· Previous hospitality experience (essential)

· Supervisor or leadership experience (strongly preferred)

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail

· Flexible and passionate about delivering high standards

· Able to work a varied rota across 5 days per week, with shifts typically scheduled between 6am and 11pm, including weekends and public holidays. On occasion, functions or events may require working up to 4am, advance notice will be provided for these shifts.
