Senior Salesforce Analyst

Own and evolve the Salesforce support function in a high-impact, product-led environment, going beyond tickets to drive proactive improvements, influence deployment practices, and leverage AI across day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing
* Partner with stakeholders, product managers, and architects to translate business needs into well-defined Salesforce solutions
* Analyse complex processes and break them down into scalable, feature-based designs
* Design and support end-to-end solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem
* Contribute to data modelling, security design, automation (Flow), and user experience
* Build proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and showcase platform capabilities
* Champion best practices, including AI-assisted development and code review standards
* Collaborate with admins and developers to deliver high-quality, well-architected solutions
* Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and emerging AI tooling
What they’re looking for
* 6+ years’ experience in a Salesforce Analyst, Admin, or Development role
* Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and architecture
* Hands-on experience with Flow Builder and declarative automation
* Exposure to multiple Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, e-Signature solutions)
* Experience working with AI coding tools and reviewing AI-generated outputs
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator who can translate business needs into technical solutions
* Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy
