What you’ll actually be doing
* Owning relationships with a portfolio of key external partners
* Acting as the go-to person when partners need support, answers or solutions
* Keeping an eye on performance, spotting trends and helping improve how things work
* Working with internal teams to fix issues, deliver improvements and keep everything aligned
* Finding ways to make partnerships stronger, smoother and more valuable for everyone involved
You’re probably someone who:
* Naturally builds strong relationships with senior stakeholders
* Likes understanding how businesses work behind the scenes
* Enjoys solving problems rather than passing them on
* Is commercially aware and comfortable discussing performance or service delivery
* Thrives when working across teams and organisations
* Experience in relationship management, account management or partnerships is key.
