Job Title: Skilled Production Operative
Industry: Manufacturing
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Full Time (4on4 off: 7am- 7pm, 7pm- 7am)
Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation in the Melton Mowbray area, is currently seeking a Skilled Production Operative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
* Manufacture prepared pet food products through the operation and control of the production process
* Contribute to the execution of the shift production plan
* Ensure the quality of products meets the brand specifications
* Identify and escalate quality and process issues
Requirements:
* GCSE level in English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent
* Good team player with a flexible approach
* Ability to learn PC based systems
* Good level of manual dexterity
* Previous experience in a manufacturing enviroment.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.32 - £12.78 and follows a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (7am- 7pm, 7pm- 7am).
Located just a few minutes' walk from a train station, the office is conveniently situated in Melton Mowbray.
