We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong Agile delivery experience and deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.This role will ensure digital transformation initiatives align with strategic goals, supporting the enhancement of core business systems including Salesforce and contributing to organisation-wide Agile improvement.The Business Analyst will have the flexibility to work across multiple Agile squads and transition between projects based on business priorities, ensuring optimal resource alignment and delivery agility.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile delivery teams to gather and document requirements.Create, refine, and prioritise user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to Agile standards (INVEST, DoR, DoD).Support Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ — including configuration requirements, process automation, pricing rules, approvals, and service workflows.Document Salesforce data models, CPQ product bundles, pricing structures, service processes, and integration points.Work with Solution Architects and Admins to refine Salesforce functionality and ensure scalable system design.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives where required.Create use cases, wireframes, workflow diagrams, and process maps to support solution design.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve user journeys across Salesforce and internal applications.Evaluate third‑party systems to identify integration opportunities with Salesforce and other enterprise tools.Drive adoption of digital tools across Sales, Service, and Operations teams, ensuring continuous improvement.Support change management by developing training materials, release notes, and communication plans.Work flexibly across multiple Agile squads, adjusting workload and focus based on shifting business demands and organisational priorities.Engage in cross-team collaboration to ensure consistency, shared understanding, and alignment across programmes and workstreams.What We're Looking ForExperience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.Strong skills in user stories, process mapping, workflow design, and requirements analysis.Experience using Agile tooling such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Ability to move between teams and projects with agility while managing competing priorities effectively.Desirable Experience:Experience in equipment rental, plant hire, logistics, or operational field activities.Proficiency in Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools.Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, or BI/reporting tools.Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, CPQ Specialist, Service Consultant).What We Can Offer YouSalary sacrifice pension25 days holiday, plus bank holidaysAdditional holiday purchase schemeFree Tool HireLife Assurance cover 3x salaryShare save schemeEye care vouchersRecommend a friend schemeLearning & Development – commitment to upskilling and developing our people, structured in house training available alongside external training where requiredCycle to work schemeLong service recognitionMy Vp discounts – a variety of discounts and rewards on thousands of well-known brandsDiscounts on HP productsEE mobile contract discount offersGym discountsHealth Shield (discounted premiums on health care cash plan)Employee Assistance ProgrammeVirtual GP ServiceWill Writing & Funeral Concierge ServiceRegit Assist 24/7 accident helpline – free joiningA Little Bit About UsEstablished in 1954, Vp plc has evolved into a dynamic group of companies with expertise in equipment rental.
