Our client is seeking an experienced Serious Crime Solicitor to take responsibility for a complex and high‑profile caseload involving indictable offences such as homicide, major drug conspiracies, large‑scale fraud, violent crime, and multi‑defendant investigations.
The role involves representing clients from initial arrest through to trial, including police station representation, preparation of detailed defence strategies, instructing and liaising closely with counsel, conducting conferences with clients and expert witnesses, analysing extensive evidence bundles, reviewing disclosure, and ensuring all procedural steps meet strict legal requirements.
You will be responsible for drafting submissions, preparing trial documentation, challenging prosecution evidence, and guiding clients through highly sensitive and stressful proceedings with professionalism and discretion.
The position offers exposure to challenging cases requiring strategic thinking, strong advocacy, and the ability to act decisively under pressure.
• Qualified Solicitor with substantial criminal law experience
